ok what's strange to me is these line run northwest to southeast on obverse side of the coin and Northeast to Southwest on reverse, to me it doesn't look "heated" and it is very thin, and around rim, plus makes weird sound when dinged, and the weight is 2.3 grams.. thanks for any feed back and hope its not PMD

With the rim still present, I would wonder if this coin was sand blasted. It kind of looks that a direction was involved when the coin was altered. PSD

I'll be honest and tell you I have no clue, but I will subscribe to see if there is an answer.

Usually something like that is from corrosion (this isn't) or acid (couldn't be in "waves"), or intentional damage (who knows how?).

I can't imagine any way that could occur, really.

Maybe someone will pose a righteous answer.
Rest in Peace

Those are brush marks. A caustic agent, such as diluted sulfuric acid or possibly even Coca-cola was brushed and left to do it's "thang".

It looks like a gram has been scraped off of it.
