Fourth is a "Bukhar Hudat" type drachm, a local coin type from Central Asia modeled after Sassanian coins of Vahran V, but made much later, mostly in the 8th-9th centuries. I can't make out the legend, but most are struck in the name of Abbasid caliph Al-Mahdi. Short thread on them here: http://goccf.com/t/293524&SearchTerms=Bukhar,Hudat

Great thank you! Any idea as to the specific date or anything else about the coin, or is it too blurry/worn to see? Any ideas about the others?

It looks to me like #5 has an image of a hexagram (Star of David). There may be other possibilities, but whenever I see a copper coin with this symbol, I think of a Moroccan falus.

Pretty sure that #6 is 17th century France. Better pics would help, but I think that I see the first two digits of the date on the first pic, along with an inscription that should read something like SIT NOMEN DNI BENEDICTVM. The second pic needs to be rotated a little more than 90 degrees. I can see a shield and a few letters, but not enough to make a positive ID. The king's name would start at about one o'clock if that pic was oriented correctly.

Quote: The king's name would start at about one o'clock if that pic was oriented correctly. I am seeing LUDOVICUS starting at about 3:00 the way the coin is currently oriented.

For the third coin ... I had a couple of small silver coins (about 2 grams) with this shape that were Morocco dirhams from early AH1200s. If I recall, I was told the odd shape comes from hand punching them from sheets. If so, the dates are AH dates but in Arabic (not Islamic) numerals, like this one. Just a guess, but maybe rotating Photo#5 by 90 degrees would put it in same orientation?

Coin 1 looks like a silver rupee from India (which should have a weight of around 10.9-11.6 grams). I think I can read the date (inverted) of AH 1319, corresponding to AD 1901. This date appears to be on both sides of the coin, which is unusual. Hope this helps.

For the last one, placed in 17th c France by spence, I'll throw out a billon douzain of Louis XIII. Site where I grabbed the image gives this attribution: C.cf. 1706 Dr.69 Dr.69 Dy.1342 Dr.2/111H/B

These are all interesting coins, but several do not belong in this section. I will leave them here now but please in the future post one or two coins per thread. Glad you were able to get them IDed.
