These two are a little more difficult, does the '43 have scratches or is it on the slab?
The 1860 I would think MS 64.

Both look UNC details cleaned/dipped to me.

43 was graded AU55 by anacs
60 O was graded AU58 by PCGS. Rub on the breast and lower leg apparently held it back
