I think I just found a 1999 Wide AM that's supper dirty! I need opinions identifying it and also best way to clean it up a bit! What's best to soak it in?

I'd have to disagree. You can see the letters touching at the bottom, as of a Close AM.

I can't zoom in good enough, need better closeups of both AM & FG. There is some disturbance on the lower left leg of M, that may just be damaged/missing/polished metal?

Really the only thing I can see and that there is a gap in AM but hard to tell

I don't think it's a WAM cent. It looks like the normal 1999 CAM cent. Better pictures will be needed to be sure though.

I believe it is a closed AM. I can't see the FG initials very well but traced the lines from the tops of the A and M, while the AM is not closed completely with a very slight gap. Not wide enough to slide a piece of paper through. That is just my opinion! I can see why you would ask!
