1903 Barber Dime RPD - Grade Request

This dime has an obverse that has been whizzed.

Because of some poor lighting the obv.'s tone did not turn out exactly like the reverse which is a better representative of the true color/tone and cartwheel that both sides have.

The reverse has not been cleaned.

Please grade.

IMO a DETAILS coin does not merit a grade.

I think any coin can be graded, details or not. Here, AU details.
