Luster on both sides are booming, couple of hits on the obverse and reverse but overall extremely nice. I still struggle with the grading of Peace dollars but am trying to learn! What are the thoughts of CCF?

Pics are just enough out of focus that I can't tell you much. It does look MS though.

I agree, need better photos. I'm at AU-58 with these.

the pictures are not quite sharp enough and a little too much light to give an accurate grade. my first thought was AU58 but it could be MS. without better pics I have to go with the AU grade

Obverse is well struck, reverse luster is subdued (likely from dipping) & the contact marks are relatively minor. I think it is Mint State but the reverse gives me pause. I'd guess MS62 with a shot at 63 if there are no luster breaks. If there are luster breaks it drops to AU55 IMO.

I agree. Better pics. MS6. Just a few too many scratches for 64

AU58
The coin has nice luster and there appears to be circulation rub on the center of the neck.

I stay at AU-58 even with the better photos. Looks like friction on the high points.

Grade is back, well is done at least. I like to not look until I get it back in hand, which should be on Tuesday. With the PCGS glamour shots, any opinion changes? I'll reveal the grade when I see it myself!
