Struck Through Grease filled die. The missing mint mark could be one that never was there. The Philly cents didn't have one that year. The reverse is showing split plating on the devices near the rim. The EPU looks like there maybe some MD on the tops of the devices.
So three things going on with your cent.
1. Struck Through Grease
2. Split plating on the reverse USA letters.
3. Machine Doubling on the top of the EPU.

Of the three the Struck Through Grease is the most interesting.

Looks like some Struck Through Grease on the obverse and some split plating on the reverse with maybe some MD too.. Hard to tell, reverse picture is a bit bluury
