It almost looks like die polishing lines, only up inside the rim collar. I have no idea if that's possible. Interesting, optical illusion perhaps? I can't believe PMD could affect the interior of the rim like that - note that it's also up inside the rim above TRUST. Gorgeous coin and I'll say MS66 Red.
