It is an AE4 so I think it is probably a Valentinian III. 10+mm and 0.7 grams. I can clearly see TINIAN on the obverse- possibly TINIANO or TINIANV

The Obverse is some variant of VICTOR-IA AVG-

This time it is a scan and not a pic.

The more I look at RIC and Pics on the internet the more I get confused. When I think I have it- something doesn't seem to match.

Needs a bit of cleaning, but I would guess Val III. Nice find if it turns out to be.

I believe in this case the "puny" dimensions might be the indicator.
Val III was not known for having average sized bronze coin. They were poorly executed and on the very bottom of the scales in size and weight.
