Back in The Day (as we say nowadays) there was an annual census, and each adult male was required to contribute one-half-shekel of silver for the upkeep of The Holy Temple.

See Shemot (Exodus) 30 11-16.

One of the (albeit self-appointed) groups working to prepare for, and build The Third Temple have issued a Trump-Balfour-Cyrus "Half-Shekel".

They issue such an item every year.

Buy one at your own spiritual/political risk.

I fail to see the connection between the relocation of the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, and the re building of the Temple.

Two entirely separate issues. The Israelis will do what they want anyway, irrespective of any country's embassy relocation.
