Anyone here who likes to collect Washingtons? Looking for some input on what you may have been able to find or what I should look for when picking through quarters at coin shows. I do have the Cherrypicker's Guide but the seems t be so many I cannot memorize them all.

Since the Washington design elements, especially on the obverse, are so flat and open it can be a difficult type to grade accurately.

You could best spend your time examining TPG grades to get a better idea of grading. If the dealer is busy, don't bother them unless you are attempting to buy.

If they have an open table, asking for help might get you an in person lesson.

Just try to learn them one year at a time.

Don't get your hopes up too high, though. The dealers have searched them.
