Finally! Jefferson Nickel Key Date Found Among Others!

Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 03/02/2018 7:46 pm Taken about three years now of bank box searched to finally capture a 1939S. This was a very good box, along with the 39S were 2-43P's, one 09D and a nice assortment of 70's, and early 80's XF/AUs, nice rims too. I suspect this was a collection dump or a very old coin jar to have gleaned this lot, much better than normal.. Don't know about you all, but sometimes I can get a real "flavor" of what the box contained by what I picked thru. Of course all this just depends on what was in the hopper of the wrapping machine at the time from numerous anonymous bags. Here's a pair of layout pix of the gleanings and closeups of some nice ones, the 39P is a surprisingly nice AU as is the 64P, 64D & 65.
