The mark is incuse, so it is a die scratch. (I know you are going to say it raised, but the coin was plowed deep and the edges of the affected area are raising like a wave. A die crack is raised and no wave.
The pictures aren't clear enough to get good opinions, but I think it's a scratch (Post Mint Damage). Until we can get good and clear pictures, we can't say for sure.
Let me ask a question: "When was the last time we have seen a die crack in that direction? How about never. Die crack usually occur on the top of the head area or on the forehead on the Zincolns. Note the two ends where it runs over the rim. We see an incuse mark on both ends. PSD
