It is a circulated coin, NEVER CAN IT BE an MS ( mint state) besides damaged, this is nothing but a give away, not sellable! I have MS60+ LWC RPMs currently listed for.....$1.79, And can't sell them(1950S & 1952Ds) to no one! Report this Post to the Staff
