Quote:I like the State Quarter and ATB designs. Probably because there are 5 different designs every year. Not boring at all. You either enjoy the series or your do not. I like them, I collect them. This is my personal decision, yours may vary.

I'd take the Eagles over the ATB anytime! I'm so over with these multiple reverse deigns and ready for a single yearly design. Also the fact that mint and proof sets are just too bulky and make the annual sets cost more due to the extra coins.

You must admit, it is better now that the Presidential run has ended.

Eh, the price point is still too high for the sets.

Quote: I think a new master die, with much more sharply defined breast and wing feathers would make the definitive Quarter look pretty, just like a sharply struck Morgan looks pretty.
Same applies to Washington's hair.
Currently, a Quarter struck with worn dies is a rather dull looking coin. Very good points!

They should change the obverse too. Some of the State Quarters are really cool designs but I agree that having so many of them is weird. The eagle is alright but I don't mind it being changed, maybe the Washington monument on the reverse with George himself crossing the Delaware on the obverse.

For some reason the Washington quarter has always caught my eye and been my favorite. Now it has become a piece of history that shouldn't be recreated. There becoming more rare in pocket change which makes me give them a good glance.

I know I'm probably in the minority on this, but I'd enjoy seeing a return of the Barber reverse on quarters, with some modifications to the bundle of arrows so they wear better. Just my $0.02.

I would not complain.

I really like the ATB Quarters, but I would like to see a return to a common reverse. However, hold the spaghetti hair please.

A common reverse would be nice, I like the ATB Quarters but by 2022 they will have run their course. I'm glad the mint won't be bringing back the eagle though, rehashing old designs gets old pretty fast.
