i don't know if this quarter has some kind of solution or is an experimental quarter but def look different.

Looks like the surface has some Environmental toning. It probably happened from being exposed to the environment.

Yes, toning is not unique to just one side of the coin as in your case , the coin has been toned on both sides.

@naz, both side could be affected if, for example, this coin was completely burried in dirt. The two sides need to have roughly the same conditions for both sides to tone evenly.

Woooooowwwwww...Errers and Varietys!!! I didn't know that you can get environmental toning from the environment. But I do agree, nothing spectacular.
