That's the PCGS Price Guide value for the coin. Price Guide is high, but so are BIN prices with Best Offer. That's what I do with BIN or Best Offer listings, as well, because offers in those cases trend in the 50-75% of BIN area, sometimes less than 50%.

However, that coin is about a 1/10 on the eye appeal scale.
