How about a photo of Al Capone on the Obverse and a Gun for the reverse. Could have a picture of a person with his hand in a ballot box. Or a tombstone on both sides of the coin. |

Should have a toll booth on the obverse. The only state that you pay more in toll fees over gas prices.
