I know Washington is on the quarter. Its a National Park quarter w Roosevelt.

Like the others were hinting at, you should put a description of where to look and what to look for or describe what you are seeing. From the pictures it looks like a couple dings in the edge. But if it is in the same spot on multiple coins and they are straight from the bank and uncirculated it could possibly be tiny Cuds seeing how it's on the edge of the coin and that is causing the metal to be a little distorted. But without clearer pics and a better description it's almost impossible to tell.
