It looks very pretty but these types of photos aren't ideal for grading. Just from what looks like rub on the cheek and a couple of other high points, I would say at au-58. Better pics are need for an accurate assessment. It may very well be an ms coin or au-55 but using these photos to grade will hamstring any grader.

Sorry for the poor pictures. Trying this from my cellphone, and although they appear good (also on my cellphone), apparently this is not the case.
