I don't normally buy rounds, but lately I've had the urge to get something different. These high relief rounds really spoke to me as I LOVE Halloween themed coins.

I picked up two "Nightmares of the Fall" HR silver rounds with antique finishes (Heads or Tails Coin Company) as well as a Grim Reaper (Monarch Mint) from JM Bullion- my first purchase from them. I was very impressed with the NOTF issue. It's very detailed, and the antique finish really brings out the finer details. I might get a few more. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Here's a good image showing the relief of the Grim Reaper round. There is a lot of "sink" to achieve the high relief. Pretty neat.

To each his own. Although I personally do not care for the designs, the depth of that high relief is astounding! I wonder what kind of pressure that takes to mint?!
