The reverse "punch mark" doesn't look too bad, but the obverse has problems. The ends of the "punch mark" curve inward too much and fade out before they reach the rim. That shouldn't happen. The punch mark should be strongest and widest at the rim, since the effective striking pressure is lowest here. It looks like there might be a downward slope to Lincoln's coat on either side of the "punch mark". That also should exist. Finally, I don't like the way that the "B" of LIBERTY is flattened. I suspect this is a professionally executed, fake incomplete clip. Naturally, close inspection would be necessary for me to render a definitive opinion.
