I picked up one of these at the Calgary Coin Show on the weekend for my seven year old granddaughter. I stuck a few coins in it and will give it to her tomorrow when she comes over.

For $20 I was quite impressed with the quality. It even has spots for the 'W" coins and the non circulated only-in-sets Loonies.

I might have to even pick up a couple for myself!

That does look nice! I'm sure she will love it.

The Loonies are fun to collect and look great all together.
Rest in Peace

Very nice Punman, I would like to be able to see them like that all in one album. I have one question though, do they have plastic protective sliders on both sides? I have specimen loonies that I would be reluctant to place in that type of album without protection on both sides of the coin.

Yes, the slide are on both sides. The dollar album starts at 1968 so you have spots for the nickel dollars too. Hard to find in change but I had saved a set for her by asking at banks from time to time over the last two years.

Thanks Punman. Saw the album at the mint store yesterday and picked up the dollar album. The coins look great in the album, they look better than the Gardmaster I was using. Just did the dollars now tempted to update all albums.

Yes, I have a number of these albums myself. I like putting the coins I find in change in them, but as for the high grade and older stuff, I prefer to use 2x2s.
