. I would appreciate the help in finding out what these quarters possible mistakes are? I would be grateful for all the info on anything you can help me with about these quarters.

There's another date behind the regular Day date. Plus the second letter third it looks like an R above his head to the left.

I don't see any 'errors', just looks like a regular quarter. It does have some PMD too.

Where and what is/are the error(s) you are seeing? Just looks like a well worn quarter.

I think you are just seeing damage.
