This is a pic of a PCGS MS-63 with what I believe is your reverse die albeit a later die state . I put and arrow pointing to the rim Cud. Also, look at the "O" and "R" in "DOLLAR". They both show a groovy halo effect. Your coin is an earlier die state where the Cud is visible but smaller. XF-45 perhaps AU-50 for your coin. It sure is an interesting reverse die for sure!
