If no one could guess from my avatar, my favorite is the 1925 Stone Mountain Memorial Half Dollar.

Embarrassed to say, but in holders, slabbed, & raw, I have over 100 of them.
Rest in Peace

1857 Flying Eagle clashes and die varieties - way way too many.
Though my favorite(s) (as I have a few) are the 1857 quarter clashed with the FE cent.

Mine would be the draped bust large cents, I have a little over 200 of them. Just bought another one last Saturday. An 1800 S-194 1800/179 overdate. It's a duplicate but an upgrade.

57. 65 if you count the "post-Ike" Ikes. Quality not quantity?

Wow, that's a lot of Ikes! I only have one, in my 7070. I need to start a Dansco Ike dollar album.

I've always been fascinated by the 1/000 Draped Bust Large Cent varieties. I have two of the 1801 S-219, one 1801 S-220, one 1801 S-223 and one 1802 S-228 (just ordered). Would really like to acquire an 1801 S-218 and an S-NC-3 but they are rare and dear.
