I can't go much above 63 with the muted luster on the obverse -- this is a readily-available date in grades up to 66 and to be 65 for me for an 1896 it should have booming cartwheel luster unless heavily toned. I get the feeling there is something wrong with the obverse picture. It feels "off" in both color and sharpness...pics in hand would be good.
