Can't see much wrong, Ms-65 or so.

MS63 -- old dip, retoned. I can't go much above 63 with the muted luster on the obverse -- this is a readily-available date in grades up to 66 and to be 65 for me for an 1896 it should have booming cartwheel luster unless heavily toned. I get the feeling there is something wrong with the obverse picture. It feels "off" in both color and sharpness...pics in hand would be good.

It looks 65 to me. There is a scuff above the nostril that I noticed, but no way this is a 63.

Could the Rim have held it down a couple points?
