I'm posting to see if I can get help finding out if this coin is a matte proof. Also, I'd like to know where to turn to get coins graded.

I'll let the experts weigh in but you can generally get a good approximation of grade right here on CCF or from a reputable coin dealer. If you're looking to get the coin slabbed and graded/authenticated, you would want to send it to a Third Party Grading company ( TPG) such as PCGS or NGC.

Not a proof. Talk to your local coin shop (LCS) about sending coins in for grading.
