Questions:
1. What is the weight of your coin.
2. What does the edge look like on that area?

If the weight is normal, it is probably a Struck Through Grease issue on that area.

If the weight is less, it might be a slightly tapered planchet causing the weakness of that area. That would be noticed if the edge was thinner on that side. (Obverse also looks weak below the date area) Thinner there?

Hello, coop. Thanks everyone for the welcome. I do not have the weight now. I believe your first choice is correct. The edge does not seem to change, normal. What exists is a subtle rise, sharper in the fifth column (right>left), which follows tenuously in line to A (America). Being some material that joined (struck), I think. Changing this area with a lighter print. Of course, I may be mistaken at all, I'm just a newbie.
If you wish, I can weigh the coin and later I will order.
