If the weight is normal, it is probably a Struck Through Grease issue on that area. If the weight is less, it might be a slightly tapered planchet causing the weakness of that area. That would be noticed if the edge was thinner on that side. (Obverse also looks weak below the date area) Thinner there? Report this Post to the Staff

The edge does not seem to change, normal. What exists is a subtle rise, sharper in the fifth column (right>left), which follows tenuously in line to A (America). Being some material that joined (struck), I think. Changing this area with a lighter print. Of course, I may be mistaken at all, I'm just a newbie.
