Idaho State Quarter With "Ghosted" Washington State Reverse On Both Sides.

Pretty sure this is not grease or natural wear and tear, to me it appears as though the reverse of the WA quarter is on both sides of the Idaho quarter I got today. It's very difficult to image, but if you look you can make out the entire reverse of the WA. Part of the evergreen state can be seen best on Washington's neck as well. What do you all think, is this a die clash? I couldn't find much on the net about this particular quarter having this error.

Thin layer of grease/oil,so a type of Struck Through Grease.
