Not a Cud, but a Interior Die Break on the head with a "Spiked Head" Die Crack. Remember, a Cud always involves the rim and if it goes into the fields, it will lack details on the other side do to the lack of metal, causing weakness and not being able to fill the other side.

E&V has it: a "Spike Head" (SKH) with an Interior Die Break (IDB). I don't see it listed under either category on CudsOnCoins. You may try submitting it to JC for a new listing (or two):
