There are quite a few DDR's for this date. It is NOT the big one for 1964 but there are other more minor DDR's for the date that still show some doubling. I pulled 6 others over a couple of rolls that look exactly like this one. There are several other DDR's i'll take photos of in a bit.

The DDRs are not on the fields. Looks like MD is the problem. On the DDRs, they are on the devices enlarging the devices or showing notchings:
