@Sheriru4reel, first welcome to CCF. Second, it is a little hard to tell from your pic, but the missing number 1 could be from a grease-filled die. On the other hand, it may have been removed from damage after it left the mint. Either way, your cent has some numismatic value being a '34.

I agree this is likely a minor Struck Through Grease, fairly common. No extra value from that, so it's just worth as much as a normal 1934 cent.

To CCF! As said by other members, this is a minor Struck Through Grease error (AKA Grease Filled Die). No added value since it's only a small amount of grease. The devices can etheir be weakly struck or can be completely missing depending on how much grease was in the die's crevices.
