I found this coin roll hunting today. I've heard of the error and seen some posts on the forums, but have never actually had one personally. Just looking for conformation as to whether this is a clipped planchet or not. Thanks!

Yep. Has what is known as the Blakesly effect, a weakness 180 degrees from the clip. see how it is a bit smushed looking, not completely filled out?

There are different kinds of clips, curved, straight, jagged, all depends where on the stock plate it was cut from. Notice in this first chart, how close each blank is mass cut on the stock plate, if the plat is then bumped a tiny bit, the nex row can be a clipped row.
