Looks like MM got a bit "smooshed" from a circulation hit and the L has had the metal moved by a roll wrapping machine or a vending machine. Not mint errors - PMD

 With all of the above including the duck race  It looks like the "L" took a hit.

Well I guess larger ain't better BUT looks like Die detioration as the so called doubling is migrating towards the rim - obvious DDD metal flow!
