trying to get some info on this 1956 d Wheat penny I found while coin roll hunting

I think it has a lamination flaw, which would be an actual error. It may be just damage, but that's not making sense to me based on how it looks and how it seems to go into Lincoln's coat.

It is either a relocated lamination or part of the original lamination. (Always nice to see them in BU when they are fresh.
