That is Machine Doubling. Note how the areas you look at are flat, shelf like, all the same color (because they are flat) and reduces the size of the devices. If it were hub doubling it would be a lot larger: So your coin is from a normal die that struck your coin, then after the strike the machine moved a damaged the devices. (thus the reason they are smalled and reduced)
