I agree with this coin being AU...there is wear on the wreath and it looks like on the eagle's head and talons.

Certainly AU-58 at worst, I think it has a good shot at 62.

Looks like the reverse weakness is due to poor strike. I don't see any wear on the eagle. Good shot at MS-63.

i also don't see wear. I would say ms62, but I wouldn't pay full freight because the reverse wreath isn't fully struck. there is weakness in the upper wreath at 10 and 2 o'clock. also the tailfeathers, although better struck than the last example, aren't separated at the ends. for your type set, I would pay extra for a hammered strike where you can see all the elements of the design sharply.
