Is it possible to have only the last 5 doubled in a 1955 Lincoln Cent. I'm certain its possible but has anyone ever seen it. Ive only seen the full on obverse double die.

Yes, it's known as the "poor man's" 1955 double-die cent. They're readily available for purchase from many dealers for not a lot of money.

That is called Die Deterioration Doubling, or as some a "Poorman's Doubled die" which it is not a DDO, just die wear.
