You can tell because like on the second one, the pressure from the obverse made the reverse stick out more. ill let others chime in for an actual expert statements, but so far, all I see is
PMD. a planchet error would most likely be clipped planchet or strike through. A strike through would have an indentation on one side but show no signs of disturbance on the other. the last picture is of a lamination and
Greaser.
