Hey Guys, It looks like something is under the S, or my eyes are getting tired. Does the floating roof count for anything?

Note on this coin. It is a not DDO, but note the mint mark. You see the same thing on your mint mark. That is not part of the doubled die, not part of a RPM and it is from a damaged mint mark punch. So your coin is not a RPM. Just showing a damaged mint mark punch issue.
You can see this on the 1969-S RPM-003

This is an east RPM. It has nothing to do with this RPM, but part of of the damaged mint mark punch issue.

RPM-004. This one is a West (affected area with a RPM) You can see the mint mark punch damage just starting out with the damage mint mark punch issue.
RPM-001. Showing the same damage, but not as strong as the 003, but stronger than the 004. Hope this helps.
