The 43 looks like an EF40 to me and if it had some luster maybe better -- have these been chemically cleaned?

The 44 looks like VG to Fine - no steps.

Lets see what others think for I am learning too.

Not too shabby! Both have minor damage, unfortunately. Still, they are worth at least 20x face value.

I just wanted to make sure, lol the 3 just looked like it had something going on and I could not tell from the pic. The bottom of the 3 does not look like a 3/2 but there looks to be something in the top part. Just curious

These were untouched for almost fifty years. I pulled these two out almost automatically... I didn't clean them. Honestly they feel thick. Have some more set to be sorted tomorrow but nothing like these two. Thanks guys. Anything in question I'll post.

Very nice coins, minor problems, soft spot for as some of the first 'old coins' I encountered in elementary school in early 1970s.
