Titles are Important! * Hi does anyone know what kind of tool was used to punch this A in the obverse. It looks like the a was struck on top of something else from the raises under the a. Someone told me it was a metal punch set. I dont think someone from 1932 and up would do this, so for my second question could it be from a pre 1900s tool before the coin started becoming of value? Did it happen yesterday or 186 years ago? I'm guessing it happened years ago. Assuming it's an authentic Capped Bust, I can't see someone punching it in recent years and degrading it's value.
