Struck with a slightly misaligned die? Can you show a pic of the reverse?

Reverse is correct though thats why I though I would ask, thankyou for the input spruett, I have see better example of the 2004 off centre or extra rim 1 dollar.

If the reverse is "correct", then it is not off-center, it is struck with a misaligned die (MAD). That's why I asked to see the reverse. For off-center, both sides must be affected to the same degree and in the same direction.

I see, interesting. What with 2 dollar coin and 5 cent not being aligned prefectly or is harder for RAM to detect that slight error.

it a different 2 coin both side have that raised rim as oppose to the first one where there was only one side with a raised rim. Sorry for any confusion, couldn't get the orientation right because I was on my phone when I post the 2nd batch of pictures.

Indeed it is slightly off-centre - tough to find more off-centre coins than that in change.
