Rough pictures but I make out a solid strike and surfaces

Thoughts?

Coin appears to have two long scratches below STATES and another another long scratch under AMERICA. A hit under the eagle's breast.

Until better pics I would be at UNC details scratched.

The strike looks good but that's moot given the other issues.

Obverse scratches worry me as well. Could we have a sharp close up of the area beneath "States"?

From the rough pics, the scratches under States look more like contact marks, but can't be sure. If they're just light marks, I'd say MS-64.

I'd like to encourage you, but these pics just aren't sharp enough for me to get a good feel.
