Anyone have an idea on what is going on with this dime. I thought it was toning then I noticed that the neck area appears to have a double imprint of some type. thoughts please?

looks like it was homeless for a time out doors. Spendable or keep it in your pocket and take an image each week and watch the silver come back on the highest points and the fields will stay dark. (project coin) It will look like it was antiqued:

Keep in pocket until the desired color is there.
