To me, only looks like it was flattened. I don't see any serifs or any extra design elements.

Thanks FrankenCoin, that was a great help. I've just been skimming the surface thus far, looking for the obvious. The detail in which cents are observed, while somewhat humorous, makes this new hobby challenging.
