to CCF! I believe what you're seeing is a pretty deep die scratch. I'm no expert, that's just my opinion.

Die scratch over a strong clash line on the 3rd bay. The scratch is not as deep as the clash, thus it disappears behind the clash line. (The last die polishing was not deep enough to remove the deep clash)

First time I've seen this:
