New to coin collecting and found this 1983 D searching my pocket change. There are noticeable errors in the forehead, chest and date/mint mark areas. Looking for feedback and that I you in advance.

They all appear to be the results of zinc gas bubbles. Not errors, just damage to the coin.

it is all environmental damage and zinc rot. Keep searching!

I often see these on coins that have been in a fountain. But all it takes is a tiny poke with a straight pin and pierce the plating and we start seeing this look on the zincolns.
