Can't really tell from the pictures, but is it thinner than a normal cent? That might suggest someone ground the reverse off

 I agree that it appears to be intentional damage, unfortunately.

 To CCF! Unfortunately, this is not an error at all. This is Post Mint Damage from someone grinding off the reverse with a grinder or something like that. It's only worth face value and has lost all of its numismatic value.

Yes Cads:
Metal Composition: 95% Copper - 5% Tin and Zinc
Diameter: 19 mm Mass / Weight: 3.11 grams
It has lost some Mass.
